By using Flip Worth AI (a WorthScan AI app), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Educational use only

Flip Worth AI is an educational resale field-check app for secondhand, thrift, garage sale, estate sale, and used items. It is not a certified appraisal service, not an authentication service, and does not guarantee resale value, sale price, profit, authenticity, rarity, or demand. All results are educational guidance only.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for all purchase, resale, pricing, and listing decisions. The app provides educational signals, not professional advice. Do not rely solely on app results when making buying or selling decisions, especially for high-value items.

AI results and accuracy

AI-generated results can be incomplete, uncertain, or wrong. Photo quality affects results. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any scan result.

Items requiring additional verification

You should verify with qualified experts before buying or selling high-value, branded, collectible, jewelry, watches, coins, sneakers, designer goods, electronics, tools, antiques, or similar items. App results alone are not sufficient for such decisions.

Acceptable use

Use the app for lawful purposes only.
Do not submit photos that contain personal or sensitive content unrelated to checking an item.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or disrupt the app or its services.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions and Scan Packs

Flip Worth AI offers optional purchases: the Starter Monthly subscription (30 scans/month, $4.99/month), the Plus Monthly subscription (100 scans/month, $9.99/month), and the one-time Scan Pack 20 (+20 scans, $2.99). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Scan Pack 20 is a one-time purchase and does not renew. All purchases are processed by the App Store, and refunds and cancellations are handled through your Apple account. See our Refund Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
