By using Flip Worth AI (a WorthScan AI app), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Flip Worth AI provides
Flip Worth AI is a reselling app for secondhand, thrift, garage sale, estate sale, marketplace, and used items. It has three product areas:
- Scan & Valuation — AI-assisted scans of item photos that return a possible identification, an estimated resale range, and related resale signals.
- Reseller Tools — inventory, purchase, expense, and sale records, a reseller dashboard, and CSV export, based on the information you enter.
- Marketplace IQ — marketplace sourcing and deal-decision tools, including Buy Rules, Opportunity Finder, For You, Deal Alerts, Deal Decision, Deal Watch, Marketplace Battle, and Bought It.
Flip Worth AI is not a certified appraisal service, not an authentication service, and not an accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice service.
AI scan estimates
Scan results are AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. AI-generated results can be incomplete, uncertain, or wrong, and photo quality affects results. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any scan result, and a scan result is not a guarantee of resale value, sale price, profit, authenticity, rarity, or demand.
Marketplace IQ and reseller calculations
Marketplace IQ calculations — such as Expected Profit, ROI, Margin, Break-even Sale Price, Max Buy, and Buy Zone — depend on marketplace listing information available to the app and on your own assumptions, including the Target Resale Price you enter. Marketplace IQ does not predict what an item will sell for. Listing information can be incomplete or out of date, and listings can change or end at any time.
Reseller Tools figures, such as net profit, ROI, and margin, are calculated from the purchase, expense, and sale information you record.
No guarantee of outcomes
Flip Worth AI does not guarantee:
- resale value;
- profit;
- ROI;
- sale price;
- listing availability; or
- any marketplace outcome.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for all purchase, resale, pricing, and listing decisions, including any purchase you make from a third-party marketplace or seller. Flip Worth AI is not a party to those transactions. Do not rely solely on app results when making buying or selling decisions, especially for high-value items.
Items requiring additional verification
You should verify with qualified experts before buying or selling high-value, branded, collectible, jewelry, watches, coins, sneakers, designer goods, electronics, tools, antiques, or similar items. App results alone are not sufficient for such decisions.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for lawful purposes only.
- Do not submit photos that contain personal or sensitive content unrelated to checking an item or keeping your reseller records.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or disrupt the app or its services.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Purchases and subscriptions
Flip Worth AI offers the following optional in-app purchases. Prices are in USD.
Scan & Valuation
- Starter Monthly — $4.99/month, 30 scans/month. Monthly subscription.
- Plus Monthly — $9.99/month, 100 scans/month. Monthly subscription.
- Scan Pack 20 — $2.99, +20 extra scans. One-time purchase; no subscription required.
Reseller Tools
- Reseller Tools Monthly — $12.99/month. Monthly subscription.
- Reseller Tools Yearly — $119.99/year. Yearly subscription.
Marketplace IQ
- Marketplace IQ — $7.99/month. Monthly subscription. Requires an active Reseller Tools subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Scan Pack 20 is a one-time purchase and does not renew. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, and subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. See our Refund Policy for details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
