Flip Worth AI — Delete Account & Data
You can delete your Flip Worth AI (a WorthScan AI app) account and the app data associated with it.
Delete inside the app
The easiest way to delete your account and data is directly in the app:
Settings → Delete Account & Data
If you cannot access the app
If you are unable to access the app, send an email to:
Use the subject line: Delete my Flip Worth AI account
What to include in your request
- Your Flip Worth AI account email.
- Your request type: “Delete account and data” or “Delete app data only”.
Data that may be deleted
- Account-related app data.
- Saved finds.
- Scan history and results associated with the account, where technically available.
- Uploaded scan photos associated with the request, where technically available.
Limited retention
Some records may be retained temporarily if required for security, fraud prevention, legal, operational, or compliance reasons.
Handling time
We typically handle deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
