Create Buy Rules
A Buy Rule describes what you're looking for. You can have up to 3 active Buy Rules — pause or remove one to add another.
- What to look for. Keyword or search term, and category.
- What you'll pay. Maximum purchase price (and an optional minimum).
- Listing preferences. Condition, free-shipping preference, and maximum listing age.
- Your resale target (optional). Add a Target Resale Price when you want Flip to run your numbers on each match.

Let the opportunities come to you
New matches land in For You
New matching opportunities appear in For You. Turn on Deal Alerts for a Buy Rule and eligible new matches can send you a notification.
- No flood of old listings. The first check for a new Buy Rule sets a baseline, so you're only alerted about what's new.
- Browse any time. New Listings and Search sit right next to For You.

Deal Decision: know the numbers before you buy
Review the seller's images, asking price, condition, shipping and listing age. Then enter your own Target Resale Price — what you expect to sell the item for.
- Acquisition cost. Asking price plus shipping to you and estimated tax.
- Expected profit, ROI and margin. After estimated selling fees and shipping to your buyer.
- Break-even sale price. The lowest sale price that covers your costs.
- Max Buy and Buy Zone. The most you'd want to pay, and where the asking price sits against it.
Target Resale Price is your assumption. Flip doesn't predict or guarantee what an item will sell for. Deal Decision combines the listing's details with the number you enter, so you always know which assumptions drive the result.

Save a listing to Deal Watch and Flip monitors its price and availability — price drops and increases, and whether it's still available. Check the latest in the app any time.
Marketplace Battle
Torn between two listings? Marketplace Battle puts two deals side-by-side — purchase price, expected profit, ROI, margin, break-even, Max Buy, listing age and condition — using your assumptions.

When you buy a deal, it becomes an inventory record in Reseller Tools, so you don't have to enter it again.
