This page describes the refund, purchase, and cancellation policy for Flip Worth AI (a WorthScan AI app).
Purchases through the App Store
Flip Worth AI offers optional in-app purchases. All subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Prices are in USD.
Recurring subscriptions
- Starter Monthly — $4.99/month, 30 scans/month.
- Plus Monthly — $9.99/month, 100 scans/month.
- Reseller Tools Monthly — $12.99/month.
- Reseller Tools Yearly — $119.99/year.
- Marketplace IQ Monthly — $7.99/month. Requires an active Reseller Tools subscription.
One-time purchase
- Scan Pack 20 — $2.99, +20 extra scans. Does not renew and does not require a subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit your Apple account purchase history. We do not process direct refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the current billing period. Scan Pack 20 is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
Marketplace IQ requires an active Reseller Tools subscription. Cancelling Reseller Tools does not automatically cancel a Marketplace IQ subscription, but Marketplace IQ features are unavailable while Reseller Tools is inactive. Manage each subscription in your Apple account settings.
