This page describes the refund, purchase, and cancellation policy for Stone Worth AI (a WorthScan AI app).
Purchases through Google Play or Apple App Store
Stone Worth AI subscriptions and scan-credit purchases are completed inside the iOS or Android app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those stores. We do not process direct refunds for purchases made through Google or Apple.
- Google Play: Contact Google Play Support or visit your Google Play order history to request a refund.
- Apple App Store: Contact Apple Support or visit your Apple account purchase history to request a refund.
Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
